George Will: "Dependency on Government is the Liberal Agenda"

Watched the whole thing. I loved the story about how there are 19 Dept. of Agriculture beauracrats for every American farmer. He joked that one guy was crying and another beauracrat asked him what was wrong. The first guy said "My farmer died."
